Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12 noon EST will be shipped the same day. Customer must specify preferred shipping method either on icesyrup.com or verbally for telephone orders. Sweet & Sticky Inc. reserves the right to choose their preferred shipping carrier for orders that qualify for free shipping.  Customer pays for shipping and handling for each order placed on icesyrup.com.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase of Ice Syrup. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we will accept your return within 30 days of you receiving the item.

When returning an item, it must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your receipt of the product, and it must be returned in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Damaged, opened and consumed bottles of product beyond what is reasonable for the allowable 30 day time period will not be processed as a return.

Returned items received after 30 days will not be processed. Please note that a $10 restocking fee is charged on each bottle returned. Sweet & Sticky Inc. reserves the right to accept and process a return or not.
