Apple Mix


15 lg apples

4 lemon juiced and zest

5cups sugar

1cup cinnamon

Peel and 1/4 the apples and slice thin

Zest and juice 4 lemons

then mix the apples with the lemons and the sugar/ cinnamon

let marinate for 1 day till apples are soft

Apple Strudel

1/2 cup melted butter

apple mix

2 cups sugar

fillo pastry (1 sheet for every strudel)


Lay 1 full sheet of fillo pastry out and brush with melted butter
Sprinkle a sugar all over fold the fillo in half and fold half again brush with melted butter and more sugar

place the 1/4 cup of the apple mixer and bring each corner up and pinch in the middle making a flower like pastry place in the baking model

Bake at 300f for 15mins turn and another 15 mins
Till golden brown

Apple strudel blueberry red wine sauce

2cups red wine

2cups blueberry

1/2 orange juice

1 cup sugar

Combine all in sauce pot and let reduce

After strudel is plated, drizzle ice syrup over top.
