Mascarpone Double French Toast

Mix Ice Syrup with mascarpone cheese, place between 2 slices of favourite bread, dip in egg mixture, pan fry flipping twice. After first flip brush with Ice Syrup and flip again doing the same to the other side. When done spoon fresh fruit with natural juices that have been marinating in Ice Syrup for about 15 minutes, strawberries, blueberries, peaches etc and serve.
